Boehringer Ingelheim, as a long-standing sponsor of the premier swine industry podcast "At the Meeting," has partnered with organizations to bring listeners podcast episodes on more listening platforms than ever before. What isn’t changing is the commitment to trending topics, expert hosts and high-caliber guests listeners have come to know and trust. “At The Meeting” has been a go-to source for breaking down important industry topics for over 25 years.

Hosted by award-winning veterinarians and industry thought leaders Montse Torremorell, professor at the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine, Gordon Spronk, staff veterinarian at Pipestone Veterinary Services, and Tom Wetzell, an internationally-respected swine consultant, “At The Meeting” brings listeners the latest in swine health industry news, and addresses pork industry issues through conversations with other industry leaders.

“It is a privilege to elevate the impactful work of many swine producers, researchers and veterinarians, much of which has had immeasurable impact on our industry,” said Torremorell. “There will always be innovation, challenges and new opportunities to dive into, and we look forward to continuing this legacy.”

Listeners can now find “At The Meeting” on Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts and Podcast Addict. Episodes run the gamut of industry topics, including disease challenges like PRRS – including eradication and control –, Mycoplasma hyopnuemoniae and African swine fever, as well as market trends, biosecurity, food safety and sustainability.

“’At The Meeting’ is an institution in the swine industry and a trusted source for news and discussion,” said Fernando Leite, associate director of technical marketing at Boehringer Ingelheim. “Opportunities and challenges facing our industry are evolving rapidly, so continuing to uphold and support this platform and the topics discussed is very important.”

“At the Meeting” continues to honor the legacy of its cofounder, the late Bob Morrison, former professor in the Swine Group at the University of Minnesota. “At the Meeting” honors Morrison’s enthusiasm for scientific rigor, as well as his passion for bringing the latest production management advice and research to the swine industry.
