National Account Manager James Flood has been named Business Development Manager (U.S.), a newly created position at Newsham Choice Genetics. Newsham is a Groupe Grimaud company and one of the world’s leading pig genetics companies.
Based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Jim has worked in the swine industry for 35 years, joining Newsham in 2007 as part of their acquisition of Monsanto Choice Genetics. Jim began his career with DeKalb Swine Breeders and also served as Vice President of the Overhills Group, where he led efforts to establish a single- genetics North Carolina pork packing plant.
In Jim’s new role, he will focus on driving growth with his current customers, while also leading or assisting all domestic teams engaged with major U.S producers and packers.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.
