Levis Assumes Swine Position In Nebraska

The University of Nebraska has reassigned Don Levis to a professor of Animal Science and Extension swine specialist position at the University of Nebraska Haskell Agricultural Laboratory near Concord, NE.

Levis will conduct research on grow-finish pigs, and coordinate educational programs related to swine production, alternative pork production systems and housing and management of grow-finish pigs.

For the past two years, Levis worked as a University of Nebraska Extension educator for Saunders County, NE, on cow-calf management and 4-H youth development.
