The Farm Leadership Council is sponsoring a Webinar on March 27, 2012 devoted to the topic of “Feeding and Barn Management Practices that Maximize Feed Efficiency.”  The Webinar is scheduled from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (CST).  Nutrition, herd health, genetics and environment all impact feed efficiency, but there are also many items a producer can cover in their daily chores to make a difference in feed efficiency. During this presentation, Bob Goodband, Kansas State University, will focus on what a producer can do in the barn on a day-to-day basis to achieve the most cost effective feed efficiency.
