It is with great excitement that Hermitage NGT announces the arrival of MAXGROTM animals. The first MAXGROTM boars and gilts were delivered to Canada on September 14th, 2009. Hermitage NGT is establishing a high health genetic nucleus at Hermitage Roseland AI station, Gwynne, Alberta. The MAXGROTM animals will go through the same rigorous performance testing as other Hermitage pure bred animals and participate in the Hermitage International BLUP process. The top performing animals will be used to establish a genetic nucleus herd in the United States.
The MAXGROTM is Hermitage’s leading terminal sire, setting new records for growth and feed efficiency across markets in Europe and Russia. The MAXGROTM is a fast growing and highly efficient animal that will reduce feed costs for our U.S. customers.
Please contact Hermitage NGT for more details on how you can make MAXGROTM part of your production system and be part of the excitement!
