Gilligan holds a bachelors degree in agricultural business management from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She received her Certified Agricultural Consultant designation in 2007.
She currently manages the agricultural field and collateral inspection department at Rabobank and is responsible for all of Rabobank NA’s collateral verification services for both agricultural and commercial clients.

ASAC is a non-profit organization oriented around raising the standards and image of professional agricultural consultants. As such, it is the only association representing the full range of agricultural consultants.
