Feedlogic Signs Development Agreement With Ag Ventures Alliance


WILLMAR, Minn. March 7, 2012 — Feedlogic Corporation, a leading supplier of intelligent feeding solutions for livestock production, has entered into a development agreement with Ag Ventures Alliance, a Mason City, IA based value-added agriculture business development organization.


Under the terms of the development agreement, Ag Ventures Alliance has made a seed investment in Feedlogic and is providing advisory, consulting and other business development services to Feedlogic.


“Our agreement with Ag Ventures Alliance is a perfect fit for us,” said Drew Ryder, Feedlogic president. “We are selling and creating products which create significant added value to livestock production.
