“Biofuels Energy: Animal Agriculture at the Crossroads” will be the theme of the National Institute for Animal Agriculture’s Annual Meeting (NIAA), April 2-5 at the Hyatt Regency in Sacramento, CA.
The impact of biofuels on animal agriculture and specifically on feed costs will highlight NIAA’s opening session April 2. NIAA’s 12 species-based and issue-based committees will discuss other important issues April 3 and 4.
A special one-day symposium April 5 covers addressing the role of animal agriculture and protecting human health. Case studies will focus on protecting and ensuring the food supply.
More specifics on seminars, meeting and symposium registration, hotel reservations and general information can be found on the NIAA Web site at www.animalagriculture.org.
