Dennis Shanks accepts position as Manager – Farm Store Accounts with Z Tags North America, L.P.

Dennis brings over 25 years of animal health industry sales and marketing experience to Z Tags. “Our team and channel partners will benefit greatly with the addition of Dennis”, says Stu Marsh, Vice President of Z Tags. “His solid professional relationships and product management experience will significantly expedite our efforts with new opportunities and products going forward”.

Dennis most recently held a similar position with KMG Animal Health and built his reputation with companies such as TEVA, Loveland and Bayer.

Z Tags brings innovation to the animal identification industry starting with the one-piece “no snag” tags, and the unique “break-away” applicators. These products solve the problem of ears tearing during application. The precision of the application has also provided superior healing and allowed for better retention of the tags. Z Tags has given livestock producers improved visibility options with the tags, by the use of lasers, and other equipment, to create darker, longer-lasting and more readable tags. This allows for unlimited marking opportunities including numbers, logos, brands and barcodes.

Z Tags North America utilizes U.S. manufacturing to supply the same high quality tags that producers have come to expect. A new Phoenix-based office for Z Tags North America is staffed by the people who have successfully managed the sales and marketing of these tags for the last several years.
