The first of three webinars on The Center for Food Integrity's (CFI) 2013 Consumer Trust in the Food System Research will reveal the answers to these questions and their groundbreaking Seven Steps to Trust-Building Transparency model.
CFI’s previous research indicates that transparency is important to building trust in this era of growing consumer skepticism of “big food.” That transparency is explained. Additionally, learn what triggers the social outrage that can drive societal change and undermine trust.
Through this research, opinion-leading consumers and those most concerned about food issues have provided clear direction on exactly what can be done to overcome consumer bias and skepticism and how to earn consumer trust.
