USDA Names Humane Handling Officer

Mark Crowe has been named as the new Humane Handling Ombudsman by USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).  He is a former supervisory compliance investigator in the FSIS Office of Program Evaluation, Enforcement and Review.
