Congressman David Camp (R-MI), chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, is expected to release his tax reform proposal this week. 

There will be great interest in the agriculture community as to how this proposal will affect producers, and how it will address various tax extenders, including the bio-diesel tax credit.

The new chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR), has said that addressing expired tax extenders will be one of his first priorities.
