Some of the items include farm bill, payroll tax cut, tax extenders, Bush tax cuts, sequestration, debt ceiling, defense reauthorization, Russian Permanent Normal Trade Relations (PNTR), etc. The question after the election will be how many of the items will be addressed during the lame-duck session and how many will be delayed for the new Congress?
