•  Human Resource Department Starter Kit features easy-to-follow instructions, user guides, templates and presentations for creation and maintenance of personnel records, hiring team members and developing a performance management process to quickly add employees and protect the farm from legal risk.

•  On-the-job training program for all employees, adopting standard operating procedures and regular performance feedback tools.

•  Standard operating procedures help employees efficiently complete day-to-day tasks and help build a motivated and effective workforce.

I never saw things from this perspective but now that you're talking about it I realized that every company should have the support of a behavior analyst. This would solve an important part of the related problems.
