2012 Kansas Swine Day

Past Event:
The Kansas State University (KSU) swine team will discuss practical applications of the latest production research and present breakthroughs in some novel areas. KSU’s Bob Rowland will present “The Role of Host Genetics for Improved Resistance to PRRS.” Gov. Sam Brownback has been invited to speak on “My Vision for Job Creation in Animal Agriculture.” The KSU Swine Team will finish the program with a continuation of swine research designed to help improve the net return of a swine business. The program closes with an ice cream reception.
